Heather and Kate met when their daughters played for the same softball team. After talking one day, they both realized how they have the same dream of growing a business in the Real Estate Industry. With a few late nights and a great deal of tenacity, Primo Property Services was founded. We are thrilled to bring a one stop shop for your property needs here in Southwest Ohio.

Heather has lived in Hamilton all her life and has grown up in the remodeling and Real Estate improvement industry. She has been with her husband, Arnulfo for 15 years and they have 4 children.
​
Kate has lived in Hamilton for 20 years. She has been working in Real Estate for 6 years. When she is not working, she volunteers as a Softball and Soccer coach for the local Oxford teams and serves as a board member for each organization. She is also a member of the local John Reily DAR chapter. Kate and her husband Rick have been married for 10 years, and they have 4 children.
